True. But mainly because many younger folks have been brainwashed in the public fool systems and institutes of lower learning. For that reason they don't realize the price that was paid for their freedom. Many won't wake up until it is completely gone, unfortunately. I'm pretty sure it's a JCP61 post lifted from another thread, but at the end it claims that Texas went to Obama. No, texas was 55% McCain, 44% Obama, 1% other.

I'm pretty anal about mistakes like this because it's a pretty obvious sign that someone's talking out their ass. They're just making up facts to support what they're saying and instead of looking at it critically, you all just get the gist of what they're saying and fly off on some rant chock-full of tautologies, misinformation, and ad hominem attacks. I know most of you are better than this. Keep a cool head and a keen eye, and the trolls will wander off somewhere else.

The U.S. has approximately 12 million Hispanic residents... Only about 2 million of them actually crossed over...The rest , emerged from Birth on the U.S. Side. In the border towns along Texas, they are referred to as "anchor babies" . There was a movement by many Hispanic immigrants to get over here, have the babies (So they can declare them as U.S. Citizens) . Under U.S. Law, If you have a family member who is a citizen, you can enter with copious amounts of Visas and enjoy the perks of U.S> and not necessarily be liable for taxes. ... The real kicker is they have these babies on the U.S. welfare dime.. and they don't pay squat. In the Meantime, My white, anglo saxaon, U.S. wife is billed $4000.00 to have her baby over here...
