What a week, what a day. I got my bonus and a raise this week, and The Farleys are playing tonight with a bunch of our friend's bands. It's cold as hell here but we will make them sweat tonight. Support local music!

Rock em Jim, Im going to be painting my great room all weekend, would prefer to be doing what you are doing!

I did retube my amp so maybe I will get a few hours over the weekend to tweak on it a bit!

Painting sucks but I love the results. Turn up the tunes, have a brew or two and let paint splatter!

LOL, may even do some naked body painting to pass the time!

Knock em dead Jimmy! Post some pictures if you get a chance so we can live vicariously! It is good news to hear things are going well for you! I have been moving all week at work into my new shop and office!

ETMC does not give bonuses though the company my wife works for do pretty often if you meet certain productivity standards and she always does.
My raise will probably amount to 0.12 / hr but like I told my supervisor during my annual review. " I don't care about the raise I'm here for the schedule and the people I work with"

We confirmed our second "forward booking" this week. This one for February 17th.
I'm pleased and praying for a full schedule for the spring and summer season.

My salary was increased by 4.1%, effective January 1st.

My last bonus last year was substantial and I upgraded my rig with a Marshall cabinet and some other goodies.

Then they fired me for incompetance. Go figure.

But I'm back in the saddle, working for a company who I've been wanting to join up with for several years - maniacs but very cool and very brilliant guys.

Meanwhile we plan to be playing out this year. (summer if I get my way)

It comes and it goes doesn't it? Enjoy the good days and have some decent smoke available for the bad ones...ANd don't quote me on that to the younger folk!
