Glen Campbell at one time was one of the hottest session players (on guitar) in the country! He has played with some of the best and greatest bands of all times!
In the video link below is proof that the man can shred. I know a lot of you folks on this site prefer heavy music. If you can make it through the first part of this vid. you will see Glen shred Oh YES! 8)

Glen Campbell is in a class all his own.. Always knew he was a great session musician...but I never realized what a powerful voice he had...

Its sad his health is going down... He's had quite a tumultuous last-decade.

G.C. did a lot of guitar work for the Monkeys, among others. I love that riff he did in Another Sunday. He and his real band members (early on), called themselves The Wrecking Crew.
