This is also my inspiration I've been searching my music has been waining for the lack of. I don't mean to take advantage of your misfortune. With that said, I will say there is a one armed drummer with Def Leppard. He developed his way through his hardship. Disabled? No, Physically challenged, yes. I broke my finger three days before entering Marine Boot Camp. Broke my arm the day before starting as a Dump Truck supervisor. Was run over with and followed with about a 10 second burnout with a forklift rated to pick up 15,000 pounds and not one of a crew of 12 would help me sit down out of the sun. meanwhile the boss reviewed camera tapes for another 25 minutes before taking me to the hospital where they said I may very well lose my leg. I've broken so many bones in my body to date, I don't want to think about counting. What I do count is the number of times i've worn a cast (0), And my blessings from God.. I had a job that required that I put a chain through the sliding mast of a forklift to secure a "self dumping hopper. As I did, a reflex reaction had the fl opperator hold down the sideshift handel. My hand was crushed. The Dr. read the report of the injury as he looked at the x-rays. My guitar playing days should have been over. I played guitar that night! My foot, I may heave been left one footed. I was not. I am in a world-wide known company, a year and a half later running, jumping, climbing all through my day to get it done. I won't have it any other way. I'm not a good researcher, but I know you know of the Def Leppard drummer who developed the equipment to keep him in the biz that his whole life focus had pertained. HE ROCKS! I don't know your pain. You don't know his or mine. Some pain I have I write off as just being professional. 6 months time limit tells me you've given up. I went 6 years with a broken arm, as that I have never had a cast on any bone broken. God will heal all that ails you. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with Dr.s, hospitals and the like, but, I think your life has been too invested into guitar playing for God to forsake you. Ask Him,your Father, (though Jesus' name), that you be healed or shown the way. Do it now. There is something impressive about the statement He has made to you. Don't disregard it. All will be well. 6 months? Who are you, Nostradomis? Don't sell your self out. Ask, and you shall receive.
Believe me please....I can't even hold the guitar let alone put any pressure on the strings!...You don't think this anal fuk tried everything I could before coming to this desperate conclusion? Whatever injury you had, it still allowed you to function n a way to survive... YOU C AN'T BE A 1 ARMED SHREDDER UNLESS YOU CHEAT! That's not my style. If I could work tomorrow, I would.... I need the money... I really can;'t and am legally not allowed!
