No argument on my behalf, I simply quoted scripture. But in order to further clarify my intention and understanding:
“ In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps”
(CEV) We make our own plans, but the LORD decides where we will go. {Prov 16:9}
I know, LORD, that we humans are not in control of our own lives.
(BBE) O Lord, I am conscious that a man's way is not in himself: man has no power of guiding his steps. Jer 10:23
1Ti 5:1 Don't correct an older man. Encourage him, as you would your own father. Treat younger men as you would your own brother,
“You will be driven away from people and will live with wild animals; you will eat grass like cattle. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the most high is sovereign over all the kingdoms of men and gives them to anyone He wishes.” {Dan 4:32} ( Simply an example of more intervention in the life of a man.)
My post was simply to encourage Crip to consult the Lord since it is the Lord who is at all times in control.

God is the one who has the answer, not those on a forum, even though they may have some wisdom concerning the matter.
However, any correction should not be done as belittling another to raise ones self up. There are ways to speak of differences in scripture as members of the body of Christ. And I Did not find the first "supposed correction" to be posted with humility and gentleness of spirit.
I get angry with no one, I understand that anything directed to a Christian is directed to Christ, both in attitude and in substance. Therefore, little ever bothers me.
Col 3:12 (BBE) As saints of God, then, holy and dearly loved, let your behavior be marked by pity and mercy, kind feeling, a low opinion of yourselves, gentle ways, and a power of undergoing all things;
So Crip, I certainly hope that you find your way in this matter. I have found devastating things happen in my life, and far later in life, when I reflect back on the circumstances I did find that they worked for my own good, no matter how disturbing they were to me at the time. I hope you can find some encouragement in this.
