Probably the worst solo I have ever taken.
Just a jamm when this guy Art pulled out an old Stevie Ray tune.
I'm the guitar on the left. You can hear I was a bit stunned when he pulled out such a simple tune. Listen carefully though, I think I did a much better job of giving him some rhythmic backup than he gave me.
We had a good time and by the 3rd go round I almost had some ideas happening.

Hey Klug, Look carefully at my page and email me directly. Damn, I getting used to dealing with great players again. :)

Very few will know what's happening here. Explain later. Many things going on suddenly. :)

Ehhhh . . . wasn't the end of the World!!! the drummer overplayed way more than anything you thought you played badly!

I have tons of live recordings where I really sucked, and never recovered . . . LOL!!

That was a very interesting point ETU. I actually thought Scott ( drummer) did an great job paying attention to what was being played. Sorry I love his playing and his musicianship, I would have to defer that comment to RGmix.

Hey Glen, I thought you looked like a big ol' wiener... Ooooooh that is your other avatar:p

Looked like fun though. I like spontaneous jams where you have to improvise on the fly. Your set list is a lot like ours.

Was that Scott the right or left drummer? For what it was it all sounded good and the people liked it. I liked it.

OK I was just trying to share some old live tracks. Forget the video. Has nothing to do with what I was trying to share. (by the way RG you got some MONSTER EARS, I forgot the first jamm we had 2 drummers.)
Art played with a typical bar band, play the song and copy the leads as close as you can. Try to make it sound like the record. He was really cool because he caught on real fast that what I wanted had no limits.

I was trying to show what happens when it goes wrong,(Art caught me off guard) my solo su... and the magic that can happen when musicians interact.

I put up a version of "fire" that shows why Art enjoyed the freedom I pushed. I also played a pretty damn good solo.

Laugh, I could never play it that way again. Even if I learned it note for note.

Not trying to bore you, just going through some old files looking for motivation. Only other option,,, RUN FOR PRESIDENT.

Yeah you did a better job backing him up, that E6 chord sounds real cool, your lead would have sounded better if he backed you up the same way you did, still a fun jam though.

Hoped you had a yuotube thread. I'da gave it a listen. Took the time to hear one on your profile a while back. Top notch. I loved it. This is why I hate dial-up.
