Has anybody noticed this... The Supreme court just passed a ruling that allows the police to Enter your home, Search and Seize without a warrant. Basically, all a cop has to do is cite "probable cause" which could mean hearing your toilet flush through the walls (suspicion of hiding evidence).

Now what really stands out is how the national News networks gleaned over the issue rather swiftly and quietly...

Me either...Generally I get along fine with the local law enforcement (despite the speeding tickets that nab me on) . But It is very disturbing to me, that law enforcement has this much power. Its not the honest cops I worry about...

The language in the new legislation about Probable Cause is so broad that now, they don't need any tacit evidence to cite probable cause. Basically, if the cops say "you did it", you are subject to search without legal recourse.. That';s the work around they are using to "fight Terrorism"

Glen Thanks for your kind words.. and yes I agree i should not have allowed myself to get caught up in this verbal nonsense about Songs. Honestly, all I accomplished was acquisition of status: "Lowest Common Denominator" Ha ha! I'm really much better than that.

I personally admit that my stuff needs improvement...Its no secret.. I sure do not pretend to be something more than what I am... I'been at this all of two years (longer but not really focused) I wrote my sample in 15 minutes and slapped it down on a single track in 5. Its not intended as a final cut by any stretch, but trying to get a bass player collaboration in on it. Had to put out something. I am a poet more than a song writer... I'm not a metal player but certainly have respect for many of them...
