1. The Heavy Highlights - Please don't laugh, it was the early 70s.
2. Can't remember the name but it was my first gig at 16.
3. Casanova
4. The Law (Loud Audio Warfare)
5. Chaeya
6. D'Vine Order
7. Chaeya & Her Dark Secret

RG, you shouldn't hate your past, you should be proud. I mean the Doc, that's an honor. Name-dropping is only annoying when you can't carry on a straight conversation without dropping someone's name.

Garage band in Baltimore - did parties, called ourselves 2838 after the house were many of the undesirable types (including me) lived at the time.

Larry Kirby (blues artist)

I forget the name but we all wore faggy shirts (still hungry)

Scourge (after the guitarists nickname - garage band mostly)

Billy Carroll and the Countrymen (I was hungry - I recruited Scourge and the boys and we backed Billy for country gigs)

Millard and Dyce - soft rock original act (after we parted company with Millard he went to work with Doug Dillard from the blue grass band, the Dillards. They toured as Millard and Dillard. 8) )

Dyce - I reformed the old band with hard rockers and just kept the name out of habit - we had two simultaneous versions of this band - one did covers - the other did original (same guys/girl)

Forget the name - cover band in Glendale CA.

Forced Entry - original hard rock - LA

Mike Talbot - I put together this one for a recording project - CBS used one of our tapes for a 20/20 special

And now I'm laboriously putting together "Talbot's Daughter"

Cheers
Talbot

Doc, Maynard, and Santana?? Ok RG, spill it. :D

When Doc and Maynard were touring the Midwest it was being at the right place at the right time and sick drummers. Back then people used to call me "Buddy Rich Jr" because I could do a left hand roll with a flam. Same with Santana when he was touring Japan in the 80's his drummer missed the flight for the first three shows. There is a little more to the story about the contacts but its all in the past for me. Someday I'll spill the beans on Hall and Oats, War and Crow.

But really, I had to think long and hard about name droppin' I just hate it, and sometimes I really hate my past.

impressive

Zip there was a metal band in Memphis in the early mid 80s called Without Warning, thats funny seeing names like this and remembering folks. The singer from the Memphis band eventually committed suicide so it was a sad ending for him.

I just remember these guys at the club Stage Stop having these huge eleborate sets with smoke and lazers and all sorts of visuals. Funny, I cant remember any of the music, but they sure looked good.

C I like that name LAW, Loud Audio Warfare, thats a cool name, wish I had thought of that one, LOL

As of last night, I have got together with mo singer from years ago to start a new, insane, stupid, violent project....

Ranal Ape

Yes... it will be a reality

edit: To expand on this: He was my singer in Feral. We actually started this over 5 years ago and decided to not do it. Now, we have picked it back up.
