Speaking of Holdsworth, who here has the first UK record? How the heck did he get his guitar to sound like a sax on "In The Dead of Night"? That guy is a monster.

I always thought Lennon's solo in "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" sounded a lot like a sax.

Yep, because it's more vocal like.
I always wanted to mimic the "Great gig in the sky" vocal solo on guitar, but I've never gotten around to it.
