No, but it is an art form that requires skill and planning. Sun Tzu wrote the book on it. :)

I can not remember the name of the group, but there is a society of Police, Military and Sherrif officers and enlisted who take an oath to protect the Constitution to the point of not taking up arms or using force against US citizens unconstitutionally.

That is the other side of our military I respect and do not fear.

The Oathkeepers. But, sadly, they are few and far in between. Most cops I ever met were fascist thug assholes on a power trip.

yeah, BB, I don't remember the name of the org, either. I read about 'em just last year, & it looked like a very promising thing, considering the new breed of police we're getting in THIS area.

In WW2 we air dropped thousands of little guns called "defender" IIRC into occupied Europe. Single shot throwaways. You shoot one bad guy with it - then you have his tommy gun or rifle. With a tommy gun you can get a bazooka and so on.

When the Gestapo or the KGB come calling a gun can make a lot of difference. Ask the Jews who got some guns and slaughtered the guards at Treblinka. The difference between them and the unarmed Jews is pretty signifcant - they are still alive! (old age nailing them now however)

Solzhenitzen (sp?) said the NKVD / KGB would have thought twice if somebody had shot the first couple hundred that made their night time visits.

2nd ammendment is a reset button.

That was a war strategy the key word here is "war" not an up raising like the one being suggested here, the Nazi regime fell not do an up-raising it fell because the full power and resources of several nations fought it and even then it took 4 years and millions of casualty to win.

That's what the Persians & Romans thought. And the British, and every other "invincible army"

These empires fell first from within thus becoming vulnerable to foreign powers to take advantage of an already crumbling situation, totally different from causing the fall of regime or government through an armed uprising by its own population.

The last empire to fall was the British; India became independent without firing a shot the Indians with Gandhi did it through civil disobedience same thing happened in South Africa with the apartheid as it was the same with the 60’s civil rights in the US.

Spain had a civil war, the population went to war against a fascist regime headed by General Franco and the Spanish people lost that war in spite of the help of thousand of foreign volunteers who descended into Spain with money, weapons and other resources.

Even our own civil war is an example of what happens when a segment of the population or states go against a central government.
Let’s face it governments at their peak hold the knife by the handle it is foolish trying to get possession of that knife by pulling it by the blade.

Really, the civil war should've been won by the south. It should've been over after one battle, when the union got their asses handed to them right outside of DC.

Really, the civil war should've been fought by giant robots, like in Wild, Wild, West.
