I can't say mine was really weird or anything. It was a questionare basically. The guy emailed me these questions in this format that he obviously used for everyone else. It was like filling out a resume for toddlers. Obviously, his project in the music world never took off.

Interviews are always weird to me. It is uncomfortable. I don't like it. Even when I interviewed other people for music zines I just wanted to get out of there.

But, a questionnaire I filled out at Scientology HQ was pretty strange. It was raining in Ann Arbor and I got caught in it. As I passed by their office they asked me to come in. I filled the thing out. It LITERALLY had questions which later turned up in Faith No More's "Land of Sunshine", "Does emotional music have quite an effect on you?" The result was that I am really screwed up and need to buy their book! I didn't want a book, nor had enough money for one. They sold me a water-damaged one for $1 dollar and asked me to join their cult. "Thanks. But, no thanks."

yeah, that's a strangle bunch there..and that coming from a Christian...and we're weird enough!

I had an interview once, where the president of the Co took me in his office for the last part of the interview & kicked off his shoes, & lounged about on bean bags..
It was really weird.
I'm an ex Navy guy, and it just broke all those chain of command rules..

It prolly woulda been a cool place to work for all I know.

I did an interview for an online radio station out of the guy's trailer home with his wife, kids and friends running around. Weird? Yeah.

Weird?

I was recently told that I would not be hired because of a possession misdemeanor that's 31 years old, though they had hired a convicted felon, convicted of B&E & grand theft, & who spent time in a federal prison. (He had not lied about his past.)

I had one with the county, where they had advertised a job starting at over $30K a yr, but when I got to the interview, they told me it was a misprint in the paper, & that the job was for less than $20K. I walked out of that one...
