My daughter got married last weekend and we're still tired...

What'd you sing?

I didn't sing but for the father/ daughter dance she played a song I wrote for her when she was born. I'll upload it to my myspace and post it here if you're interested.

Singing at an event like that where you know everybody always seems harder to me than just playing a gig. Singing at my daughter's wedding would just be too much...

I did my wife's ex-bosses funeral and man, I'll never do that again. I played "Forever Young" and one of my own called" Rest Softly" And I started choking up. I made it through OK but it was hard.....

She's here at home. I'm waiting on her hand and foot. I just brought her some homemade potato soup with cheddar cheese and fresh ground pepper. Her head and body hurt. Her appetite is marginal at best. But she's here and I am taking care of her. She's ok.

Well, I'm glad things are getting better. I hope she recovers fully. Please keep us informed!

What was the diagnosis for your wife? I don't remember if you informed us of that...

Viral meningitis. The DR said you were smart for suggesting Lyme disease.

The symptoms you talked about are very similar to the onset of lyme. I met a gal years ago who wasn't diagnosed until near death and only by accident a nurse felt a little bump on her leg that was the head of a small tick. It can be very easily missed. I'm glad your wife is home and I hope she gets well real soon...
