Nah, she's notorious for this kind of thing. It's the same with pics from shows I've played. She has TONS of them, and always promises to give me copies-but never does. I WISH it was a joke. :x She holds them hostage for some reason...

I have an aunt like this.

It's like... "Hello, we live in the digital age, just scan them and email me the copies, or... let me borrow them and I'll copy them, and bring them right back!"

But no go! :(

It's like gold to some... they have it, and they want to be the only one who does!

Maybe it's all a trick, to get us to have to VISIT THEM more often, if we want to see the pics!

Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight! YEP more ribs! I prefer pork ribs These things are almost like a pork chop inch and a half thick, Seasoned with a nice spicy rub with about a 1/4" smoke ring. I used pecan wood to smoke em with. 2 or 3 of those with a jalapeno pepper some potato salad and ranch style beans a slice of bread and a ice cold long neck beer. Yeah Buddy!

Best pork rids I ever made were from wild hogs captured in traps out in West Texas. The pigs were quite young and I placed them on the grill whole.
( cleaned of course )
You could strip the meat off the bones with you finger tips.
Delicious !!

I went fishing on Labor Day and it was the windiest day I ever fished, blowing continuously 40-50 mph with higher gusts. We had to work hard to catch even a few fish so I guess you could say I labored on Labor Day. It's been dry around here and some dumbass camper was gathering wood to build a fire. I told him NOT to have a fire as he could have lit the entire state on fire. Hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day.

I went North to a park where they were having a jam session. I made a 12volt / 110 VAC amplifier last week that I wanted to try on battery in the open air of a park. It was loud, and it was clean. Such great tones fell from the speaker that my mouth started watering. Wait a minute... that was drool. It was a good time, regardless.

Then I went down South the next day to jam with the home boys. Again it was a great time and the amp drew comments from everyone. I think it is for the most part the Celestion 12" speaker.

I went both places in a trike made from a 53 Chevy truck. So the ride was really great too. No cab of sorts on it. It was so nice and warm, no heavy head winds and all that crap. Not even any rain. Usually I get about 30-40 miles from town and it starts looking like rain. So even if the jams didn't make the day, the ride to and from was great.

I love to load up that scooter with a big battery operated amplifier a good Strat, and my pedal box and go sit under a shade tree by the river on hot summer days and get down wif my own bad self. A cool breeze blown across the water sure makes a hot day tolerable.

Naturally refreshments of sorts get to go with. This summer it rained way to much. I needed this weekend. If fall is nice that new amp will see a lot of outdoor use.
