Peter Gabriel, U2, Green Day, the list goes on of Brits who've been putting out good music over the years.

It's true, though, that Oasis has some fine tunes.

Maybe revitalized is a better word.

Why do American bands sing with the Brit accent?

For that matter, why do Brit bands sing with an American one?

I'll never understand some things...

-Because everything sounds cooler with a British accent.

For that matter, why do Brit bands sing with an American one?

-Because they think everything sounds cooler with a Yankee accent.

When I was over there, everybody got a kick when I spoke in a Southern accent and they all wanted to sound like they walked off a battlefield during the Civil War. And I wished I sound like them. We're just never happy.
