The issue is intellectual property. I don't think anyone would sue you for using the names, but like if you seek to get airplay on radio stations or television or movies, networks may refuse to play the song because there's a licensing issue between them and the product. That's why when you see people wearing shirts on tv, they'll block out the name.
If you just want to write the song and give it to friends and family, cool. But if you want it to go further than that, do your research and know the laws.
