Ya know, it's funny - I thought of Alan Parsons like the band was a Floyd wannabe act, until I heard this song.

Yes, it's a great song, & you should definitely do it if you can get the band on board for it, JH!

I liked a lot of their material. I even bought that "I, Robot," LP. Excellent stuff.

Are you messing with me Philby? You guy's Know that Alan Parsons is a major producer and produced Dark Side Of The Moon right? if he didn't someone please chime in and correct me PLEASE!

The funny thing is BOTH of the bands I am playing in are capable of doing this song. I just personally love the way the guitar is done!

Actually, I didn't know who produced Dark Side...I assumed they'd done it themselves. the only producer I ever really paid attention to was George Martin. Thanks for that info. It pleasantly surprised me.

He is great at what he does...I even liked the questionable Edgar Alan Poe LP he did.

I hope you get a chance to do the song, though.

I saw them years ago, Alan Parsons played acoustic guitar all night. Not the most exciting act to see but definitely good music. I loved "I, Robot" and "Eve".
