Would you be able to control where, how and when any pictures or likeneses of yourself were used?

Then set a bunch pictures of yourself loose on the internet, and proceed to sue web entities that have a picture of you unless they remove it.

Control, and a source of income.

I would bet that each individual photo would have to be an RT.

Showing pictures of yourself would be good publicity, whether it's good or bad pictures. Look at all the attention Lindsay Lohan is getting. I would think that the more people see you the better that would be IF you had something to sell. If you have nothing to sell (i.e. music) and you are worthless, then maybe take a stab at suing anybody showing your picture or likeness without your permission. There have been countless frivilous lawsuits won over the years. Scads of lawyers look for any possibility of suing somebody. Just don't sue me frivilously, I will resolve your lawsuit out of court the HARD way...Then the next time your image appears somewhere it will be significantly messed up...

lol, Bob

It was just a hypothetical 'how can I screw the system instead of it screwing me for a change'.
Rake money heartlessly from others. That's the great american pastime right?

Yeah Senti, but what if you yourself were a corporate entity and have your own TOS.
'By allowing me to join a web site, you agree to....'
Did they miss that tidbit about you? Ooops, too bad.

It's a world full of 'by clicking here you agree to...', etc.

Next time I call a corp and I get someone on the line, I want to tell 'them', "I may be recording our conversation for quality assurance purposes"
