General Music Chat

I've got a paid membership and I can't seem to get any response from Support. Anytime I try to post in the forums, my posts comes up using someone else's profile. I am not Dewey from British Columbia.

I've tried changing my profile but that didn't work either. The other Dewey is apparently an inactive membership. When I sign in to Bandmix my profile page comes up correctly. It's only when I try to post in the forums that I have this problem.

Anyone got any ideas as to what I can do

I don't think Bandmix has a support team. It's pretty much a vending machine that was plugged in and left on auto-pilot. I still don't know who runs/manages this site.

hehe Hi Chris. You have seen my new Forum? It's basically the same php program as the bandmix forum. I was able to set it up within half of a day. I can tell you, judging by the admin activity here, there is only one person.

That is pretty damn COOL .
Only thing you missed was political rants and raves that turns Band Mix into a fun place to raise mayhem , anger , and general joy , where every one gets to use words that are often mispelled.

That can be fixed lol.

Those links are posted in the "Bandmix Questions and Comments" forum. It sure would be nice if they included the term "Support" there too though. I think maybe users don't realize they can go there for support too? Anyway, I did, and it worked.

This is one of the oddest things I've ever seen in here, dewey!

I've never had a problem with BM support. They've always been top-notch anytime I had an issue.

If ya can't fix it, perhaps you should try a new profile & nic. you know...a whole new account...

Musician's Name:

Contact Name:

Screen Name:


You want 'Screen Name' for the forum.
