Hey guys,

Wanted to pass this along!

I found a cool site, for bands, and with free membership of an artist profile, you can get a free EPK (Electronic Press Kit)

Log-in and go to "View Account" and you will see the link to "Electronic Press Kit" and it gives you a box to put in an email address. Just press send and it zips it off to wherever you sent it to, using your sign-up email as the return address.

What it does is make a nice and neat html page taking the relevant info from your profile, including links to your songs, that when clicked on, pulls up their default media player and plays your songs!

If you don't have the money to pay for an EPK or don't know alot of html or other coding languages, this is a GREAT option!!!

It is professional looking, and I can tell you that I have had some clubs and booking agents and others respond with interest to the ones I sent out!

I sent out 50 in only a few minutes.

You can google the email addresses of clubs, radio stations, booking agents, etc...

Their contact pages will tell you if they have very specific submission policies to follow. If so, obviously, follow them instead. Most don't, and from the sheer volume, you should get some interest generated!

Here is the URL:

Good luck. Hope you find this useful!

Forgot to mention....

Email the first one to yourself, so you can see what it looks like, and make sure it is written the way you want, with no mistakes.

If you want to keep it separate from your personal email, sign up for a new email account, something like this...

OLD: AwesomeBand@yahoo.com

NEW: BookingAwesomeBand@yahoo.com

And just use it for your bookings.

Just some suggestions. :-)

Let me know what you think about it, and if it gets you some leads and interest going!

Also, if anyone's interested, I have a great newsletter I subscribe to that gives you an average of 50 contacts each month, for booking agents, artist management, indie stations that will play your music, music reviewers that will review your music, etc....
