Slacker has a valid point. Despite our world governments ability to share information, tattoo records have a history of being used for a "man on the street ID" and still are being used that way by various law enforcement groups.

Actually this is one of the early reasons I have no tattoo.
Today I've been ID'd so many times with photos and finger prints for this license or that I could not go stealth if I wanted too.

No tats, no peircings, no identifying marks.

I planned on being a spook in my younger days after I was done playing rock n roll guy.
Didnt happen, but I still want to be able to disappear if need be.

We can compare tinfoil hats someday.

I have a big back piece, one on my upper left arm, one on my upper right leg, and a gold gauntlet nipple ring in the right nip. Got the ring done before body piercing was even popular (1990). So I guess those damn people just copied me and went to hell with the idea...

It's a good reason for fake tattoos as well

They should call temp tats spoofoos.

fake tats = guitar hero. (The game, of course).


Do it right or don't do it. That's what I tell my eight year old nephews when they show up with fake tattoos.
