How did I forget Glen Campbell, and the guy who was a regular guest on his show, an even better player I think, John Hartford...Excellent acoustic stuff and a killer banjo player too.

George...Roy Clark and John Hartford onstage together...would you go??? I know I would...

Now I have to clean the coffee off my keyboard ... again.

Say what you want to, sans, Charro plays one heck of a flamenco guitar style, esp for someone with those long nails! I dunno how her or that Wilson chick do it! When my nails get so long, it flooks me up badly!

Pete - I'd go in a heartbeat to see Clark & Hartford, but Hartford's dead.

Yep, Charro can play guitar, and quite well too.

Phil- Didn't know Hartford was dead. What a great player...I always liked Glen Campbell's playing, but Hartford pretty much put him to shame.

Ah Spanish classical guitar, didn't want introduce it thinking that the choices were limited to the US players but it's one of my favorite genre along with Flamenco, thanks to Black for mentioning this type of music and musicians and since we've musically crossed the boarders let me introduce one of my favorite in the genre of classical Spanish guitar.

Here's another flamenco guitarist, Florian Opahle. He is Ian Anderson's gutarist.

It's not very long but I saw IA and his band in November and the performance was wonderfully impressive.
