Yes we are. A simple observation of our eye placement and our teeth is all one needs to prove that point.
We are also hunter gatherers intended to walk or run three miles between every bite of food.
Now ask your self why we are fat ??
If your answer is the type of foods we eat, you are wrong.
If the fire is hot enough it will burn anything.
Though clean fuel leaves less smoke and ash for our bodies to deal with.
Here is something more about vitamin D. I had not had the time to post this because I needed to do some searching. I have lots and lots of information on vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol. In order to even know what dose one should take, they must be tested. There are also various "partner" vitamins and minerals that should accompany vitamin D consumption for ideal absorption. I take vitamin D3 myself. It has helped to normalize my blood glucose levels and I dropped 7 lbs after I began using it. This has been the first year, since being in CA, where I have had no spring allergies. My daughter has been taking it for a few weeks and has not had any asthma attacks. I can tell you story after story about the benefits of vitamin D supplementation and vitamin deficiency in my family alone. I am encouraging everyone to take a closer look into vitamin D and decide for yourself if it is right for you. There are a lot more people suffering and / or dying from vitamin D deficiency than they are from vitamin D toxicity.
