I've found that looking like one of the audience is REALLY cool. Especially for the audience member. One minute they think they're talkin to a normal dude at the bar, next thing they know that guys gettin up on stage and tearin it up. That says alot for everyone watching. 1)Your approachable, and not arrogant. 2)Your just like them, everyday JOE, and 3) Causes word of mouth popularity. Everyone wants to meet the band cause your cool/didn't go hide in a corner or backstage after the show cause they're too cool for the audience. I saw Faith No More all dressed as the Blues Brothers, they got 3 songs out and quit because everyone thought they sold out and were throwing mud at them, forcing them off stage. So I guess opinions will vary on this topic so I'll leave with this....Be who you really are, people WILL respect that alot more. Thats comin straight from the heart and Jackasses mouth.....
Fair enough. I can certainly understand your take on this, though I will continue on my own path.
Enjoy!
