Our lock in gig went pretty well. We did not get to do our sound check till 2200 hrs, but we kept the volume to an acceptable level so the acoustics of the gym were not really an issue. We put down matting under the whole area the band was sat up. The walls were carpeted. and the building had a high acoustic tile ceiling.
We had a huge projection screen behind us that Ray was able to project the band logo on as well as run the lyrics behind us as we played.
There were only + - 70 people there ( I lost count, it was past my bedtime)
The kids were great. They screamed and hollered. At one point sang along with several of the songs so loud I could hear them over my amp.
When I get some pictures I'll put em up.
It's now about 03:30 hrs here, and I am sufficiently wound down.
