Anybody have any they can part with?

Have you googled "Tips on managing bands"? A lot of times the internet has the beef and taters without all the filler that books have.

in my experience, if you're starting with a band on the grassroots level, and they trust you, it's best for you to learn on that grassroots level too, rather than take up a formal music business major either at a music trade school in college. go to your local bookstore, read up on it, and just go out there and actually book. it'll be the best way to learn.
