The industry has changed, it's evolving. Every day there is someone new and a whole new means to business. So, How? How do you even get your foot in the door to a industry that has no doors? How do you even learn to walk when there's no time to crawl? How do you sell albums to the public that doesn't like your shoes? I just need an in, I need to line up auditions with bands who need me.

We've had several threads on this question, before you came on. Just to do a Readers Digest Version recap - there are many venues open these days to the pro musician, as long as they are willing to think outside the box and not rely on the old standbys like nightclubs and "getting signed" by a large label. Those two things are stubborn facets of "making it" lore.
