International 5 Star Hotel circuit for duos?

I'm seeing a lot of duos working in 5 star hotels overseas, in Dubai, China, India, Thailand, all around Asia. Does anyone have experience in this circuit? Any particular agencies best to work with? Favorite countries? Helpful tips? Any info would be appreciated!
