Sorry, but I am a lady, not a guy, lol! That spelling always makes people think I am a man. My husband and I run the God's Media Army group. It came about as a vision the Lord gave to us, to help unite bands, groups, singers/songwriters network together, so that one might meet someone that can be of some help to them in some way.

It also involves ALL types of Media, Christian Filmmakers, Artists, Painters, anyone in Christian Media or who want to be. Also, at the same time we promote our own music and songs as well.

Anyway, yes I see you are "suspicious" but it pays to be that way in these days and times of evil lurking at every corner and of course, the devil loves to use the internet too! Anyway, I will do as you said and go over there, but our whole agenda is to help other Christians in music, print, film, etc. to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the media.

You are way off base, it is a Christian site, and would have nothing to do with that. Part of God's Media Army is to encourage others to FIGHT such filth and trash on the internet, with their MUSIC, Films, books, paintings, etc. It is simply a site such as this one, to help musicians, and others to connect with others.

No money is involved, but members can promote themselves, and their music, cd's books, etc. on the site. Our mission is to help them get their music out through our site.

But...but....who decides which is porno & which is legitimate artistic expression? YOU? I don't trust your judgement, mostly because I know nothing about you. So why should I join your crusade?

When sex is as repressed as it seems to be in this country, violent eruptions from the repressed rebound.

This looks like more polarizing tactics from the religious right to me, when you start talking about being an "army" fighting evil influences.

Sorry...it may only be my take on things, but it sounds less spiritual, & more political & militant, than anything else. Those are two areas where religion has no place, in my mind. Religion should be a personal thing, not something one wears on his sleeve, or carries like a sword, to use to harass others into agreeing with his personal view of everything.

Would you like to have everyone wear a label showing their personal beliefs on their clothes, so that you can know whether they're christian or "evil" as soon as you meet them?

When I see lines like "in these days and times of evil lurking at every corner," my spidey sense goes wild. It sounds like someone on a witch hunt, looking for evil messages by playing music backwards & other Glenn Beck types of conspiracy theories.

Evil has always lurked on many corners, but some ppl seem to extrapolate way too much from innocent expression & alternate ways of looking at things, & equate the term "non-christian" with "UN-christian" or even "anti-christian." I would hope that even god would accept that there are some things that are purely secular, & of the world. After all, he created it for us to enjoy!

I won't be a pod person. The entire attitude often sounds like "if you aren't one of us, you are against us," & I refuse to play that game.

You have made your point, but I ALSO have the right to express my views here. I don't agree with your point, since my whole existence is according to God's Word-the Bible, and yours is not. GOD is not YET outlawed in this country.

We are all on our own journey, and the things I related, were for those who are on a similar journey with the Lord, as I am. If it is not for you, then disregard it.

My value system is the Bible. Yours is obviously something else, but you have the right to speak your opinion, just as I do. You, unlike me, immediately, after seeing I mentioned the word GOD, tried to mock me by bringing up PORNO.

I did NOT do that to you, and i think you "protest" too much. So, whose army are YOU in, protesting in this way? I simply pointed out how irrelevant your remark about PORNO was , to the SUBJECT I posted about God's Media Army. You were actually the one being militant and in attack mode, it was not me.

I have the right to mention GOD on here, but you don't have the right to MOCK and attack me because I choose to do so.

I believe in god as much or more than you do, but you will never hear me preach here or any where else for that matter.

It's not kosher at all to impose your beliefs on other people.
