On our travels with my band Owen's Burn, we noticed 3 rather large girls were always showing up at our shows. Being the nice guys we are we gave them all band T's for their support. One of the gals (we'll call Girthy) was so big that she tore the albeit cheap shirt, while she was pulling it over herself.
She didn't seem to mind at all. So I started coining the phrase "Tear it and wear it" when ever we encountered "big girls".
