we were playing in one of our favorite nightclubs, very high end. well anyway we were doing " stairway to heaven", and while i was messin with the guitar player during his ride before the last series, one of my road crew personal had moved a floor monitor to another location on stage. well just as i was ready begin my " and as we wind on down the road", i stepped back and fell backwards flat on my back. the band was cracking up, the places was jammed but i finished that song on my back......got a standing O for it......LMAO....

It would have been nice for the damn roadie to tell you that he moved it...
well I wasn't part of a band back then, but I did rush the stage that local cover band, Slab, played on and I tripped over one of the cords from an amp and landed on the bassist, who was in a wheelchair. They were playing Whiplash by Metallica
Fell off the stage once in a copy band playing playing Summer Time Blues - jumped up and hit a power chord on the bass and landed on my butt. Kept playing and pretended it was intended but the guys were cracking up.
