Guitars: Partocaster/w Texas Special Pickups
Gretsch G5122

Amps: Behringer Vtone with matching 4X12 cab
Guitar Rig, which makes my Behringer quite useful

Effects: My fingers and occasionally a slide. Though Guitar Rig I usually mess with mic placement and occasionally throw on a close delay or a compressor just for that extra little oomph. I try to ease of the effects because so many guitarist have become dependent on them. I try to Angus it and go straight into the amp.

I have other guitars and amps, but they don't go with me anywhere.

VOXAC50 combo amp with a vox 2x12 cab
Vox Night Train head with a VOX 2 x 12 cab on the opposite side
HD500
Stereo volume pedal.
Two Gibson les pauls
I recently intalled a pup on my archtop...... Had to because micing it was a sound-check nightmare...lol

My primary bass is a 1978 USA Fender Jazz with a maple neck. It's unusual in that it is Olympic White with white pick-ups, bright-white pickguard, white binding on the neck, and white stratocaster-style knobs. Never seen another like it. Bought it in '85 after looking for 9 years for a bass that had the same shape and feel on the neck as my '65 Jazz did (was stolen in 1976). This one has the same fast neck shape and feel as my '65, but has more sustain. Also have a 5-string Rogue LX405 Pro (Surprisingly good "no-name" bass), so I don't have to drop-tune my Jazz if/when I need to go lower.

I'm running that through an Eden WT500 that was upgraded to 800 watts by David Nordschow hisownself. This was the test-bed amp that he used while designing Eden speakers. He sold it to me after he left Eden to start DNA about 5-years ago - killer amp!

I'm running that through one of David's DNA cabinets - the DNS410 (8 ohm). With my current amp (800 watts bridged into 8 ohms), this theoretically can put out about 134db (my DNS410 will beat your Ampeg 810). It's both loud and clear with amazing definition and exceedingly well defined low end.

I use the Line 6 X2-XDS wireless because I hate tripping over cords and I refuse to stand still while performing. It also allows me to get out away from the stage to hear how it will sound out front in the audience.

I use a Shure M58 mic.

If needed, I also have a Yamaha DX7s (last year of the DX7's and has more polyphony than previous models) a couple of acoustic guitars, and a no-name Strat-style electric guitar that sounds and plays surprisingly well.

Back-up gear: Eden Nemesis RS400, GK BK250, GK 115 cab, acoustic B410 cab, Sunn Beta 202 (2x12) cab, another Shure M58, Shure Prologue 12H (high-impedance mic), GLS ES58-S mic

I think that's about it.
