Advice on Keyboard/Amplification and Recording software

I am currently looking into purchasing a new Keyboard which has weighted keys, a vast array of sounds and ideal for recording, gigging and practicing on-any recommendations?
I am quite new to recording and amplification, so any advice on suitable software and amplifier brands for keyboards would be very much appreciated
