I made my own panels using thin plywood, acoustic insulation and black fabric.
Glue the insulation to the plywood. The panels I bought were the same size as the precut insulation (2'x4') so no cutting was needed.
Then using a staple-gun attach the fabric.
For less than $20 you have pro looking panels that hang on the wall like a picture.
They look and work great.
