My wife gave me a Ditto X2 looper for Christmas - pretty neat device, although a couple of times I've hit the play button and got a digital mess (sound like a CD skipping fast). Pretty good practice too - lay down a chord pattern, then let it play while working out a lead part.

I used it for a couple of songs the other night. The X2 is good because it will also power by 9v battery for when you need a portable set up. Also having a dedicated stop button (rather than having to do a double-stomp) is good.
