Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

Hello. My main programs are Vegas 11 and Pro Tools 9. My interface a Scarlet 2i2. I need to edit on the go, so a dependable laptop is the goal. If you use a laptop that runs these programs well, I'm interested in the model. Upgrading programs or a different interface is also an option. I use Windows 7 64 but I'll consider 8 if that's a better way. I appreciate the help.

I strongly recommend PC. audio Labs - www.pcaudiolabs.com - I use their rack mount in my studio - a beautiful piece of gear made specifically for music. I would imagine their laptops are equally as good.
