Anyone have some thoughts on this? I've got a Line 6 S2 2-12 and it's just got no bottom end so I'm looking at trading it in for the new Peavey TT combo.

both are solid state and not very good afa bottom end when loud.
look into anything tube. if ya want shred... there's marshall,ampeg...
if you like mellow... peavey classic, crate vintage club, fender blues jr...
I never liked the trans tube stuff myself... but is is ok for shred... just all that saturation... not sure I like it.
Like the line6 stuff for low volume... but exclusively solid state setups blow. ...add a tube poweramp stage to that sound and you got good stuff.

I have played through nearly every amp going marshall jmp/fender blues/carvin ect ect and if i was you i would checkout a peavey transfex 212 pro s these babys do it all and blow most amps away!!
You may have to spend a bit of time tweaking the amp to get the sound you want but be rest assured this amp does it all check out harmony central reviews 10/10 can't be bad!
