Behringer GMX 2-12 combo, worth buying?

I'm interested in getting a new amp (and the $$ doesn't look bad either) and have been looking at the GMX online. Unfortunately my local store (Daddy's Junky Music) doesn't carry them. Anyone have one and what do you think of it?

I've got a Line 6 Spider 2 (2-12) combo and while I love that it's quiet, I'm not happy that it's got no real bottom end and have been getting tired of the uneven preset volumes. While the channels are versatile, i'm kinda looking forward to just having a single channel amp and using my Behringer Vamp pedal. The other 'bitch' I have with the L6 is the ext spkr outs cut off the combo spkrs.

Maybe if there was a way to increase the bass by tweaking some components inside the amp? I've closed off the back and that didn't do much. Replacing spkrs is not an option as i don't really need 2 spkrs lying around (waste of money there...) and if I still don't like the sound, well, more spkrs lying around...

Thoughts?

Use a Sonic maximizer in the effects loop of the amp. My BBE 362 and 462 's work great, when I use the A channel side to straight into the plug of my amp and the B channel in the effects loop of the amp. When I play music that needs more bass or more presence, I tweek the knobs for the needs of the music  8) [/list]

I have been waiting on a processor board for one for a year.
While they are a great deal, the jacks and boards are poor quality.
The company is in the middle of reorganizing and product support
and customer service is non-existent right now so you may want to take a rain check for now.
