I just wanted to know if a floyd rose and the locking nut will bolt on to my stock ec-50

The answer is no. By the time that you do the routing and everything else required to install a Floyd on an EC, you could have just bought the EC-1000 with the Floyd and EMG's already installed on it for probably less money...
just buy a guitar (used) with a floyd rose on it.
