Yeah, I think I'm going to like my new swiss army muff. It's been a long time since I had one. The Big muff was the first pedal I got back in the mid '70s. I had an early NYC version. I had a love hate relationship with it. I sold it in a garage sale for $5 in the '80s when I converted to rack gear. I still kick myself when I see what they sell for now. It wasn't a Triangle or Ramshead version but the '70s NYC muffs still go for a pretty good sum (at least what I paid for this  ).

thanks bro!
it's actually a 'pseudotele':
stew mac body - I hand rubbed the finish
all parts neck - I glued on a 1/16" veneer to match body
snagged the bridge and knobs at a gtr show...
wired up w/ texas specials w 4-way
turned out rather nice... thanks again for looking!

afa 'swiss army muff' - yeah, I'm a big fan of big muffs. I've read the musket is really just a straight muff with a transistor boost added to the front and a shape control... but I bet it sounds way better than the original as they utilized cruddy parts and most weren't true byp.
anywho, I like the 'look' too... great pedal imo.

It sounds sweet and is so versatile. I haven't even had a chance to try it through my VM yet, just my little Vibro Champ. I'm looking forward to giving it a thorough work out on Friday.
