Finally got around to mounting my main gear into my board.
Simple compared to most I see, but it works for me.
Space remains for two more Boss effects or possibly the ten channel EQ for guitars I have been looking at.

Tuner & Cry Baby daisy chain linked underneath to the Boss D/C converter and my amp pedal.

Little projects like this area lot of fun on a rainy day. The big plus is my stuff won't be all over the floor for the vocalist to trip over.

nice and clean - good work.
my only suggestion is to add maybe 40+ more!

 It is quite simple. Just the way I like it.

Yeah ... I don't pedal much.

More intended to be a basic guitar board for easy transport.
I can power and link to more effects off board pretty easy if I decide to do something different.

Still undecided about the on board space ... my DD3 bit the dust so I may pick up another delay and maybe a chorus pedal.

The foot control for my amp allows me to go totally clean channel or just add the spring reverb for solo work ETC.

Looks good George, I love mine all I have to do is open her up, hook up the power supply and run one cord to my amp. Plus its a great place to keep extra pics and chewing gum! LOL

Thanks JW. I did not like all the wire and clutter the last time I used this board. And velcro is for flys.
The TU2 and the power strip are wood screwed down by their frame and then reassembled.
The Cry Baby and my amp control are zip stripped in place with all the wiring attached to the underside of the wedge.

I had to trim the plastic housing for the Boss daisy chain jack to fit into the frame of the Cry Baby.

Looking good man. It took a while to get a layout I liked while giging. I changed pedals around and finally developed the "Cajundaddy system".

I like my WAH all the way to the right at the bottom so I can find it in the dark.

I like pedals I use in the heat of battle: gain, boost, delay all in the front row of the board so I don't have to reach for them to punch up for a solo.

I like color pedals: Chorus, flange, univibe and tuner in the back row because I usually hit those between songs and not on the fly so I don't mind the reach.

Anyways, that is my current setup. Stay tuned because it may change next week.

George Ive probably posted this before, this is an old picture and Ive changed a few things, I use velcro cause I basically at home have two of the same type pedals and change them around so much, I use that industrial strength stuff and it holds them in place.

George on my board currently is the X4 wireless into the Boss Tuner>Morley Bad Horsie II>Tube Screamer>Chorus>Whammy II>Delay pedal,

I play different amps and have the pedal switch velcroed for quick change, but the velcro works great for me, I just need it to hold everythign in place when Im palying and keep it positioned when I close the top, of course I pile all my guitar cords on top and then a towel that kidna cushions everything, and is great for all the beer I sweat out, man that thing can get stinky if I forget to pull the towel out. But when I shut it up eveything is packed and ready to go, this one wieghs a ton! Almost like a combo amp, but it keeps it neat and I can set up in a matter of minutes, and tear down I put all this stuff up first and the box can just sit there while we load the trailer.

The velcro I had did not work very well. It trapped hair & fuzz all over my board too.

This is the basic stuff I will be using over the next six months or so.

The add on's or " color " that TJ7B referred to I will most likely velcro into the center area as I experiment with them.

Just turning on the Cry Baby gives enough boost to really bring the treble out on my leads, or just kick on the reverb from my amp for a more subtle boost.

Unfortunately when I use this set up with the wireless it really destroys my amps tone.
I have been able to make some EQ adjustments to my amp and keep my basic tone as long as I use a cord instead.
One day I might get froggy and "true bypass" my Cry Baby.

  Ya got the solid foundation on which to build an effects 2nd floor if the inkling so becomes a desire - and it will. Ya got Boss; 98.8% of the time its the right choice to color the guitar's natural voice. To all out there going this route (my route too tough guy!) placing the Boss TU-2 or 3 first is a must as you want the guitar's raw naked signal to hit that digital gem silent and bright via its new LED on stage. I love Boss's thinking over the idea of how far they can "personalize" a stomp box, offer multiple choices like streaming or cent, chromatic or standard and so on. I have a homemade job with large gold metal letters I sliced and used three to form the name Tec on the front (chrome color) and on the left hand side upper corner, gold color. I have six Boss pedals daisy chained except my DD-3; sure hope no one is just running into this problem I solved years ago; IF you use a Noise Surpressor (not sure about the Decimator) which has input / send / return / output / you absolutely MUST run the DELAY / REVERB type effects after all others in the chain via the OUTPUT of the Noise Surpressor to the INPUT of the DELAY, then OUPUT DELAY to amp. WHY? C'os you will squash, kill, mega compress / surpress the DELAY. Like that cool indian dude did to Jack in One Flew Over The Cookcoo's Nest. I love PEDALS, I am a pedal freak. I will be expanding the board to accomodate; RC-2 Loop Station, Ernie Ball Wah (hasn't got much attention but I think its killer wah-wah. I used it on the bandmix song "I Want It All" just in case you want to go take a listen. Yes, you do. Click on the URL, send yourself through the worm hole my friend. Oh, sorry. NEXT: ML-2 Metal Core. I have the MT-2 however the ML-2 is more like an old Orange tube or High Gain head being pushed................let's make that a rack of six heads in series to a "pod" of 4x12's and 4x10s for superior tight end. That pedal is a monster and you have to TAME it, believe me. Scooped mids? There are NO MIDS! Its just a filthy, heavy, attack responsive, great for feedback pedal when you're in the mood for a change. Lastly a DigiTech Whammy and a high-end power converter! If all goes well, I'll add a few more and then on stage, disappear into the "rabbit hole". Ula Sambua Tao Balista!!!!

Nice hardwood floor, well kept. Don't wanna leave anything un-noticed. One of my minds eye productions, (who knows if it will get produced), is an arc. I have hardwood slabs (maybe too thick- advize), 1" thick marble slab, (very accommodating size but, butt heavy, or, I could go with pro- tective box. I could dove-tail joints, (nah, too antiquated), or go with pre- fabbed electronics boxes I've gotten out of the scrap- already built, waiting on their next use after taking out the guts of the no longer used. Back to the arc. A pedal board spanned out to aN ARC THAT WHEN YOU NEED TO OR IF YOU WANT TO BRING IN THE SECOND STRING, IT WORKS LIKE (soorry, Caps lock) a jigsaw puzzle. Add second line that connects to the first with the familiar rounds you see in jigsaw puzzles. One arc makes them stackable, closureable, choice on first line-able, and who says a drummer has to be the only one with a full cage-able, foot-stompin' SOB on the stage? See Crunch!
