Any pointers for getting more responses from bandmix.com members?

To maximize the number of responses you receive, we recommend including multiple ways of contacting you. i.e. phone#, email, etc. Only give out information you feel comfortable giving to a near stranger.

Also, be sure to include information on yourself and why you think you would be a good musical match.

Remember, you aren't the only one looking for a new member. There are many people searching each day, so a great way to improve your search is to improve your profile. Like job resumes, only the top get attention, so take advantage of your membership. Upload pictures and samples of your music. Include as much about yourself as possible, and you will have a better chance of catching an eye or two.

I would suggest some type of history tracking under contact member.. I've sent out messages, but over time I forgot to whom I sent the message. Also, it would be good to know if someone viewed my message and/or replied.

Hello,

You can view all of your sent messages by logging into your account, clicking on Go To Your Message Area and then on Sent. You can view the member's profile by clicking on their username or you can view the message you sent by clicking on the subject of the message. Hope this helps!
