If you dig well written songs check out his solo stuff. We all know Guns and Roses. Some know he was the main song writer in that band. Few know what a great body of work he has put out as a solo artist. And only a handful know there is a documentary in the works about him.

If you dig just cool rock and roll find someone to loan you a copy of Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju Hounds or 117 degrees. Well worth the listen.
