It depends on what I want. Mostly it's:
Western/Western Swing, Bluegrass, Big Band
but I do like to warm my fingers up with
Metal, classic rock, delta blues.
That's as far as guitar goes.
Vocally, it depends on the song, but I do find myself mimicking other singers. I think Frank Sinatra said he had a hard time singing in his early days without a Bing Crosby recording playing. I feel the same. I found my voice after I gave up on sounding like a grunge singer, my throat thanks me too.
