Posted: Sat Feb 24, 2007 5:14 pmAs a lead vocal for the past 30 yrs., I think no one is more important than the other in a band. It takes all members in the band to be as one, a unit. But, at the same time. Your band is only as good as your lead vocalist is. And I see so many bands without backup vocals. I never thought that any one member was more impotant than the other. except maybe, A good sound man when playing a gig.
