I always liked Saliva and the 'rap-core' genre, Click, Click Boom is a favorite of mine, here's another fav. by them.

I saw this guy in Beaumont, Texas last year, his name is 'Mike Zito', I think I spelled his name correct, he is from around the Lake Charles, Louisiana area, has a couple of CDs out and he travels all over the states playing music, and does a great version of 'Hey Joe', sings lead vocals and is a pretty good lead guitarist, I missed him playing with his full band while he was in Houston, but his acoustic show was awesome.

That was interesting, but Mike Zito made HEY JOE into a "southern rock tune".

I like the tune better in the genre package it came in.

Mike Zito is mostly into the Blues scene, New Orleans Funk, and Southern Rock, I know that fisherman bob likes blues so I thought that I would throw 'Zito' his way, I personally like Zito's version of Hey Joe and Hendrix's original.
Also the Roy Buchanan version that bob mentioned, I have to agree that Buchanan is a 'killer' lead guitarist.

Good choices FU!

I'd say the angriest would have to be Hung Metal or Necessary Evil by Napalm Death.

American Woman by the Guess Who also sounded like an angry tune to me. It was all about the hate,
"I'm no good for you . . . you're no good for me"
And back in late 1969 when they recorded it, it was a very heavy tune too.

Had to think for a minute on this one. I remember a song by Static X called "This is not" as being pretty brutal for a single. "This is not my life. This is not my home. This is not me. I hate this..." Something like that, and not just the lyrics, but the music was very intense and the guys vocal delivery was absolutely filled with anger. I recall because at the time I felt much the way the song came across. It was a bad moment in life. I was bitter and angry with everything. That was then...No longer...nuff said.
