Every career has its perks. Today a fan/friend who totally believes in my music GAVE ME A VAN. I left this morning at 8 am, drove to New Kinsington PA with my dad and drove back my 1998 Nissan Quest. Just got in at about 2:30 A.M. Power everything, AC, cruise, roof rack, removable bench seats. Everything works! 154,000 miles. Body damage on the drivers side. No big deal. Needs very little to be a daily driver. It will carry my wife and 2 daughters AND all my gear. I was using my Honda Element but it could only carry my family OR my gear. Not both. Dude said when you make your first million just hook me up. :D :D :D :D :D :D

man, that's awesome....very nice guy...he has good karma coming his way. Every now and then people still amaze me with their kindness.

I met with a guy from here on Bandmix who doesn't live far. We jammed for a while and then he said, "I have a fully functional home recording studio" and has offered to make me a professional demo...free of charge. I was blown away by his offer...a professional demo makes all the difference.

Congrats on the van...nice to be able to have the family and the gear all in one place...

This is the free van I got from a supporter. I've already put it through it's paces. I drove it back from PA on thursday. On friday I drove it to Greensboro NC and back. Loving it! He gave it to me so I could haul the gear and the family. The element could only handle one of those jobs.

Open trailer  Eek! I already bought the whole quarter of a donor van to fix mine for $150. I got the mirror for $25. I got a quote to to weld the quarter in for $450 and $200 to paint it. I'll have $825 total n it. I'm digging the minivan!
