Just wondering..... how you acquired a horrible guitar player in the first place.

Make sure you audition several players before making a choice and don't settle for the first one to step in the door.

I would place an ad out for a guitar shredder because shredders have a degree of proficiency. They usually have the required skills and theory to tackle any of your material. Think of Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe or Ron Thal.

I wonder if he knows he's being replaced? Wonder what he would think about the way he's being referred to here?

If he sucks, so be it, but there's better ways to replace a member who can't keep up with the rest of the band.

I said just the same thing to someone else the other day. I'm surprised how many people think that nothing they say will be read or quoted, especially online.

It's not just that, but a general respect for people that seems to be lacking these days. I've worked with musicians that I wanted to KILL in the past, and restrained myself.. nothing will ruin a band faster than a band member trashing another member behind his/her back.

I agree. Respect? I doubt nought of it really exists anymore? People, no matter what country, creed or faith are mostly out for one thing. Gain.

There are some of us left however, but we dwindle daily.
