Any one using the Axe Fx?
I've had mine for about 6 months and it's amazing. Spent years and I mean years and tons of $$$$$$$ to get tones I hear on CD's and finally have the gear that gives me live what I hear on killer CD's from great players. Amps I've had are Bogner,Budda SD18(I still have)Top Hat, Bad Cat, CAA OD 50,Randall you get the idea. Not that these amps aren't killer it's just different when you hear a studio, miced recording and you want it live.
Any way this thing is amazing.
Check out the Axe Fx on you tube if you have never heard of it and the Axe Fx web site for killer recodings.

Peace.

What's the price? I saw a lot of good reviews but no prices.

I picked up a standard used for $1,300. There around $1,500 new. The Ultras are $2,000-$2,200. The learning curve in tweaking and down loading the new up dates scares alot of guys off but if your persistant and have someone help you thru it's unbeleavable what you can do with it. It's not a just plug in and play but when you have it tweaked it is. Super easy to tweek the pre sets, create your own tones and build your own amp models.
The effects,cabs,mic's are amazing also.
The axe Fx user forum and wiki has tons of info.
Check out the fractal Audio web site for killer demos by great players.
