ok here is the problem, my girlfriend's birthday is coming but i'm going to be taking placement tests for college, i was going to make her a CD with a bunch of songs i wrote since i'm going to miss her birthday. so here's the problem i don't have a band and have killer writers block. so if you guys could help that would be awesome. since now what i want to do is have a bunch of songs about her or something done by different bands i think also this well be an awesome project. of course i'll give all the credit to those help me. i just want to get her something awesome.

oh and by the way her name is vanessa.

Going by all the info you've given, you're going to get about a dozen songs all called "Vanessa".
You might want to put some info like:
Hair color.
Eye color.
Her favorite things to do.
Things you like about her.
And anything else that might go into a song.

I'm sure you meant JUNE. Just giving a heads up for those willing to help.

A quicker way to add more songs from some established bands might be to do some Cover songs with her name substituted in them.

Here Comes My Girl...Tom Petty Putting Vanessa everywhere he says "my girl" as an example.

Just a thought. Might help a bit in the hurry instead of all of them having to be originals.
