No was'nt Jeanette this time but my main man Ray!
He and his wife were T- Boned Wednesday afternoon by a red light runner.
Both remain hospitalised so we had to not accept a gig for Friday night.
All well wishes and prayers for my bandmate / friend and his wife are much appreciated.

What is going on with car wrecks? I was at a disc golf meeting the other night and found out that one of the disc golf club members was killed in a car wreck Monday. I witnessed two real bad car wrecks in the last two years. i wonder what's causing this. People talking on their cell phones? I pray for a speedy recovery of your friends Sans.

I always say, when it's my time to go I hope I go quietly and peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not crying and screaming like the rest of the people in the car with him.

Got an E mail from Ray. He will most likely be released from the horsepistol today. Shame we will miss out on the gig Friday but I am just soooo glad my friend is ok.
We have to many selfish people on the roads these days. How is it they think their telephone converstions or their make up is more important than other peoples lives?

I'm sorry to read about your friends Sans. I'm glad that Ray is scheduled to be released today. What about his wife? Is she going to remain in the hospital? My thoughts are with them; I'm believing for full recovery.
Gigs will come and go, but your friends and family always remain in the wake of any show. Hang in there Sans!

I was gonna go to the Dollar General store yesterday, but someone had run a car completely through the front door - yep - all the way inside the store! That doesn't look like an "accident" to me. It took 'em hours to dig it out & I haven't heard if anyone was hurt, yet.
There seems to be a rash of these things happening. I blame the president for it, cuz it's just gotta be his fault, the frikken liberal!
Glad your bud's gonna pull through, sans.
Stay safe out there, everyone, & watch where you shop!

Update.
Ray and his wife are home and doing well. We are not practicing this week to give Ray more time to heal.
Tony and I got together for a while today working on his new song so I got a little fix. Ahh that felt goood.
Thank you all for your concerns, prayers, and well wishes.
George
